Sworn translator of Ukrainian — TP/27/17
I have been on the Polish Minister of Justice’s list of sworn translators since 14 March 2017, under registration TP/27/17. My sworn qualification covers Ukrainian. I translate between Polish and Ukrainian, including certified written translations and interpreting.
When accepting an assignment, I establish the purpose of the translation, the recipient’s requirements and the form of the source document. This determines the scope of work, certification format and delivery arrangements.
Master’s degree in criminology: criminalistics and forensic sciences
I completed a second-cycle degree in Criminology at Wyższa Szkoła Kształcenia Zawodowego in Wrocław, specialising in criminalistics and forensic sciences. I was awarded the Polish professional title of magister on 9 July 2026.
I separately completed a two-semester postgraduate programme in Criminology and Criminalistics at the same institution on 31 March 2026.
Cybersecurity and digital forensics
I developed my information-technology knowledge through postgraduate study. The documents confirm completion of these two-semester programmes:
- Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics — Uczelnia Łazarskiego in Warsaw, completed 24 May 2026.
- Cybersecurity — Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu – National-Louis University in Nowy Sącz, completed 17 July 2026.
- Cybersecurity — Wyższa Szkoła Kształcenia Zawodowego in Wrocław, completed 31 March 2026.
Criminal case files and the content of digital materials
Translating procedural documents requires attention to the participants’ roles, the names of procedural steps and documents, the sequence of events and consistent personal details. My criminology education supports work with this terminology.
Emails, messages and technical printouts also require attention to sender identifiers, dates, times and the layout of the material. For larger document sets, I agree the file order and translation scope with the client. Authenticity examination, data recovery and digital-forensic examination are separate activities requiring their own agreed scope.
